The very long history in innovation of the original Airdyne in combination with the perfectionism of Octane Fitness ensures ultimate results. Whether you are a beginner or a professional top athlete, the Airdyne ADX provides the right resistance and challenge in training. Choose from a variety of HIIT programs such as 20/10 interval, 30/90 interval and customizable routines where users can continue to challenge themselves to stay in the correct zone on the console.
