The MP Crossfit Bar is specially made for Crossfit exercises, which generally demand more from a barbell. The Crossfit Bar itself weighs 15 KG and is made of 200,000 psi strong spring steel. The diameter of the handle is 25 mm. The high quality of the steel alloy ensures that the bar has a lot of load capacity (907 kg) and survives the most intensive exercises.

The universal Crossfit Bar is finished with a black zinc coating on the bar and a chrome coating on the sleeve. This gives the barbell a very nice, durable look. The rod has a double, medium deep knurling. The center of the rod is smooth, so it is easy to move. The medium deep knurling provides sufficient grip, without causing damage to the house during Crossfit exercises.
