The Bowflex 3.1S adjustable training bench is adjustable in four different positions: -20 degrees (decline), 0 degrees (flat), +45 degrees (incline - angled up) and 90 degrees (straight up) for a wide range of possible exercises. The training bench is completely matte black in color and therefore a true jewel for your home gym. After use, you can conveniently tilt the crate upwards so that it can be stored properly. The maximum load is no less than 218 kg, so this bench can take a beating.
