When you start rowing via the ergonomic handles, you only hear the soothing sound of water. The special thing about this rowing machine is the AR (Adjustable Resistance) system. This makes it possible to easily adjust the resistance from beginner to Olympic level via the yellow button. Besides completing the rowing experience, rowing with water resistance is better for muscles and joints. You can read all your training results and analyze your progress on the included console.
