The MP820 EZ curl bar from Muscle-Power is a barbell that is specially designed to train your upper arms. Due to the special toothed shape in the barbell, it is very easy to hold during exercises such as the biceps curl, triceps extension, preacher curl and so on.
The big advantage is that the tension on the forearms is spared by the specific shape of the barbell. As a result, the chance of annoying (overuse) injuries in the forearms is much smaller than when you do these exercises with a “normal” straight bar.
These barbells last the longest when not thrown.
The screws in these barbells should be tightened every now and then.
